How to e-mail Payslip to Selected or All Empoyees in Aruti

From the main Aruti Application, kindly follow the steps below to send payslips via email to selected or all employees in Aruti.

Step 1.

1. Go to Utilities
   
2. Click on Mail Box
   
3. Click on Write Message
   
4. Click on To and select Employee Payslip
   
5. Search and Select the employees
   

Step 2.

1. Check mark the highlighted box to select all employees or select the employees from the list that you want to send the payslips to
   
2. Click on Ok
   

Step 3.

1. Write the subject of the e-mail
   
2. Click on the highlighted folder to select the e-mail template.
   

Step 4.

1. Double click on Payslip Notification as shown below
   
2.  Click on Insert
   

Step 5.

Click on Send to send e-mail.

Note: e-mail will get sent to only those with emails defined in Aruti so ensure e-mails of employees are added in the system.
