How to enroll an employee in Aruti

1. Login to Aruti, click on General Master and select Core Setups. 
      Click on Employee MasterClick on New, which appears in a separate window to enroll an employee.

2.  By clicking on New  displays Allocation/Analysis by default where it allows you to assign an employee to a job
      Follow the illustration guide below to fill out the details of the employee


3. Still on the above screen, click on Personal/Dates to display a column with employee's birth  details and fill as shown in the illustration guide below.



4. Click on Address to display the various details of the employee to fill shown in the illustration guide below


5. Click on Emergency contacts to display a column where you fill emergency contacts of the employee as shown in the illustration below.

6. Click on the on the Identity Info to display a another column where you fill the identity particulars of the employee. You can also add copies of documents to back the employee identity as shown in the illustration below.

7.  Next, click on Membership to display a column where you record all the various membership that the employee is into.
     Note: After each record, click on Add and go through the process again to add another membership record.

8. Next, click on Other Info to display a column to record the description of the employee.
      You scan documents of proof to back it. Save and Close.

Note: An employee has now been enrolled/created into the system
