1. After
successfully logging into zoho mail follow the steps below
Step 1 – Click on the icon .
Step 2 – Click on
settings.
Step 3 – Scroll down
until you locate “Mail accounts”.
Step 4 – Click on
view.
2. In the “Mail account” page follow the steps
below
Step 1 – Click on the icon .
Step 2 – Click on POP and untick POP ACCESS.
Step 3 – Click on IMAP and tick IMAP ACCESS.
3. For new Microsoft
Outlook users, lunch the Outlook setup and follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Select the “Manual setup or additional server
types” and click next
Step 2 - and click next
4. In the “Add account” window do the following
Step 1 – Enter your name and email address
Step 2 – Set “Account Type” to “IMAP”, “incoming mail
server” to imappro.zoho.com and “outgoing mail server” to smtp.zoho.com
Step 3 – Enter your user name (or email address) and current
email password.
Step 4 – Click on “More setting”
5. Click on the “Outgoing server” tab and check the
“My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”
6. Click on the “Advanced” tab (Step 1) and do the
following
Step 2 – Set “SSL” as
incoming encryption method
Step 3 – Set “993” as Incoming server (IMAP)
Step 4 – Set “SSL” as outgoing encryption method
Step 5 – Click on “Ok” and click on “Next”
